Shipping

We ship USPS and UPS.

We are located in Wahpeton, North Dakota. Orders received before 1:00 pm Central Standard Time will be shipped by the end of the next day, unless back ordered. In most cases we are able to ship orders on the same day but we do not guarantee same day shipping.   We are a small company with just two employees, me and my mom. Mom works full time as a teacher and spends many evenings putting orders together. I work full time at Your Designs. Because we are a small family run business we are able to have some flexibility. Sometimes we may work at night and sometimes we may need to be gone for a day. If we need to be closed for a few days we’ll post it on the site so you’ll know when your order will ship.

• When you spend $125 or more we will ship your order FREE EVERY MONDAY!
• Offer is valid for the CONTINENTAL USA ONLY
• Orders will be shipped using the lowest shipping price provided by the UPS and/or USPS
• Offer is valid for in stock orders only
  other shipping options will still be available to chose from if you need your package shipped faster.

 Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We are unable to accept returns on cut fabric. If you have received a defective piece of fabric please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.  You will be required to provide us photographic proof of damage. Clearance items, remnant packages and remnant fabrics are non returnable. Other items may be returned with prior authorization with in 2 weeks of receiving your order.

If you are eligible for a return, your fabrics or items must be unused, uncut, and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging. In the event that you have been approved for a return you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
