Pattern:

• This skating dress was created using JALIE SEWING PATTERN 2683. I opted to not use the Mock Neck and just added a binding at the neck line.

FABRICS:

Bodice

• 1C-101 Black Mystic Foil was used as the base layer.
• 3C-108 Black Fog Mesh, 3B-102 Silver Metal Stretch Mesh, and 3F-116 Cerise Metal Mesh were appliqued over the bodice and sleeves in sections to create color blocking. I added crystal over the seams.

Skirt:

• 1C-101 Black Mystic Foil was used as the under layer of the skirt with 3C-108 Black Fog Mesh   used as the top layer of the skirt to give some added shiny.
